Weekly Studio Classes
Join Kirsty for a challenging yet accessible yoga practice. Kirsty’s public classes are designed for new and experienced practitioners alike, with lots of options to intensify or scale back your practice as required. Expect a combination of flow, static postures and simple pranayama (breathing exercises) in every class.

Slow Flow / Yin every 3rd Tues of the month (60min)
Thursday 11:20am – Eltham leisure centre
Slow Flow / Yin every 1st Thurs of the month (60min)
sATurday 10:15am – Eltham leisure centre
Yang-Yin / Yin every 2nd Sat of the month (60min)
