Meet Kirsty


Welcome! Kirsty is a yoga and pranayama teacher, nutritionist and writer, passionate about helping you feel at home in your body. Having navigated chronic health challenges herself, she understands that movement looks different for everyone. If you have limitations that prevent you from attending a group class or want a more individualised practice, Kirsty will help you find the right approach for you.

Kirsty honours the ancient yoga teachings and adapts them to our modern bodies and lifestyles with a compassionate and fun approach. Get in touch to arrange group classes, one-on-one therapeutic yoga or join one of her specialised workshops.
