Personalised yoga to support your unique needs.
Private & Therapeutic Yoga
Individualised support for health, mobility & wellbeing.
I offer private yoga sessions for people of all ages and abilities. Every session is personalised, adapting together as your needs evolve. It is my goal that you leave each session feeling more energised, balanced and confident in your abilities.
Sessions are available in-home or online, with NDIS support available.
Therapeutic / Accessible Yoga (Disability & NDIS Support)
Yoga therapy utilises the tools of yoga to support physical and mental health. It is designed for those with disabilities or limitations such as reduced mobility, chronic pain and illness, or emotional challenges, who require more guidance and individualised care. Sessions are collaborative, focussing on the clients individual needs and goals, with lots of space to ask questions.
Practices may include chair- or mat-based movement, accessible breathwork, guided relaxation and the use of props (eg. blocks, bolsters and straps) to support safe participation. I will come in with a plan, but always be guided by how you turn up on the day.
Private Yoga
Private sessions are available for those seeking individual support in a quiet, personalised setting. If you have ever felt overwhelmed and intimidated in a group yoga class, one on one is a great place to start to build confidence in your practice and your body. Sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner wanting to refine your practice. Working at your pace, together we will create a practice that suits your lifestyle and goals, with clear guidance, thoughtful adjustments and plenty of space for questions.
a little note
From Kirsty
“Having struggled for many years with chronic illness, pain and fatigue, I deeply understand just how difficult it can be to stay active when you feel exhausted to the bone. You know it’s ‘good for you’ but the thought of getting up and going for a walk can be totally overwhelming. I am here to support you, without judgement, no matter how rubbish you feel. Together we will take small accessible steps to reduce symptoms, build confidence and get you feeling a little more human again.”
