Welcome—I’m a yoga and pranayama teacher, nutritionist and writer, passionate about helping you feel at home in your body. Having navigated chronic health challenges myself, I understand that movement looks different for everyone. Whether you’re working with chronic pain and illness, disability or just need a gentler approach, let me help you find the right approach for you.
Join me for group classes, one-on-one therapeutic yoga or pranayama sessions tailored to your needs. My focus is on meeting you where you are and supporting your path to balance and resilience, all while having a bit of fun!
